Unit 3 Communication Skills Introduction to Communication, Flow of Communication, Listening, Barriers of Communication, How to overcome barriers of communication. Time 4 hrs
Unit 4 Stress Management Introduction to Stress Causes of Stress, Impact Management Stress, And Managing Stress. Time 2 hrs
Unit 5 Group Dynamics &Team Building Group Dynamics, Importance of groups in organization, Team Interactions in group, How to build a good team? Time 2 hrs
Unit 6 Personality Development Inner Personality Development, Role of motivation & body language, Filling the GAP- Grooming, Attitude, Personality. Time 4 hrs
Unit 7 Business Writing Use of Simple structure while writing, Apply a positive tone in business communication. Time 2 hrs
Unit 8 Time Management Time as a Resource, Identify Important Time, Management Wasters, Techniques for better Time Management. Time 2 hrs
Unit 9 Motivation Introduction to Motivation, Relevance and types of Motivation. Time 2 hrs
Unit 10 Creative Thinking Express creativity in everyday situations, Know the creative thinking process, and Develop a positive attitude. Time 2 hrs

Unit 1 Spoken English Advance Course Advance Grammar for construction & usage of complex sentences, Advance vocabulary, Appropriate usage of idiomatic phrases, Improve public speaking skills, Extempore session, group activities & flip Hrs. Time 4hrs
Unit 2 Presentation Skills Learning to prepare for a presentation, Learning to use tools that enhance the effect of the presentation, Being able to conduct presentations in a smooth and self-assured manner, Making optimum use of the time allocated to them, Being able to feel confident before, during and after any presentation, Learning to present with clarity and precision. Time 4 hrs
Unit 3 Communication Skills Build oratory skills, Difference between verbal & non-verbal communication, Overcoming roadblocks of communication, Role of listening, understanding & feedback. Time 4 hrs
Unit 4 Stress Management Introduction to Stress Causes of Stress, Impact Management Stress, And Managing Stress. Time 2 hrs
Unit 5 Group Dynamics &Team Building Group Dynamics, Importance of groups in organization, Team Interactions in group, Group Building Decision Taking, Team Building, Interaction with the Team, Team Building Exercises. Time 4 hrs
  Unit 6   Personality Development SWOT Analysis, Inner Personality Development, Role of motivation & body language, Filling the GAP- Grooming, Attitude, Personality.   Time 4 hrs
Unit 7 Business English Organizing thoughts and ideas, How to make your content precise and powerful, Business terminology and vocabulary, Drafting official letters, Proposals, Report Writing Time 4hrs
Unit 8 Time Management Time as a Resource, Identify Important Time, Management Wasters, Individual Time Management Styles, Techniques for better Time Management. Time 2 hrs
Unit 9 Reasoning and Apptitude Introduction to Reasoning and Apptitude, Basic principles and Strategies. Time 2 hrs
Unit 10 Motivation and Creative Thinking Express creativity in everyday situations, Apply lateral and parallel thinking to solve problems, Use the logical side of creativity in problem solving, Views problems as an opportunity and take corrective action, Relevance and types of Motivation, Analysis of Motivation. Unit 1 Conversation Skills Recognize the need to be a good conversationalist, Eliminate the embarrassment of using awkward speech patterns, Use ideas and demonstrate creativity in speech, Express thoughts confidently and enthusiastically, Make appropriate statements for different language functions. Unit 7 Reasoning and Apptitude  Introduction to Reasoning, Analysis Reasoning of different Situations, Analysis of Transactions, Verbal Ability, Numerical Ability. Time 6 hrs
Unit 8 Business Communication Apply the components of verbal communication to their speech, Respond to non-verbal cues in communication, Differentiate between styles of communication, Appreciate the way conversations can be made to work towards a win-win situation by using positive and assertive means of communication   Time 4 hrs
Unit 9 Motivation Introduction to Motivation, Relevance and types of Motivation, Motivating the subordinates, Analysis of Motivation Time 2 hrs

Course Content:
Unit 1 Interviewing Skills Systematically prepare for an interview from organization’s perspective and taking care of candidate’s needs as well, Plan an opening and a closing for a selection interview, Construct primary and secondary questions to ask the company representative  Time 6 hrs
Unit 2 Interpersonal Skills Identify your styles and understand other people’s styles of communication, Identify ingredients of good interpersonal skills, Understand value of win-win situation, Communicate effectively with assertion, Building rapport with people, Listen to solve issues Time 4 hrs
Unit 3 Communication Skills Introduction to Communication, Flow of Communication, Listening, Barriers of Communication, How to overcome barriers of communication. Time 4 hrs
Unit 4 Group Dynamics Group Dynamics, Importance of groups in organization. Time 2 hrs

Unit 6 Conflict Management Introduction to Conflict Causes of Conflict, Management Managing Conflict.
