Empowering Students with Future-Ready Digital Skills!

Shri Krishan Institute of Engineering and Technology (SKIET) and Shri Krishan Polytechnic, Kurukshetra proudly organized a 5-Day Future Skill Training Workshop in collaboration with the Naveen Jindal Foundation, aimed at equipping students with cutting-edge digital and technical capabilities required in today’s fast-evolving world.

The workshop featured hands-on sessions on latest computer technologies and Future Skills Prime programs, conducted by TAI Infotech Private Limited, focusing on industry-relevant digital skills. Students were guided step-by-step on platform registration, course enrollment, and career-oriented skill pathways, helping them move closer to a technology-driven future.

The sessions were enriched by the presence of Mr. Rajeev (Managing Director) and Mr. Subhash (Technical Advisor) from TAI Infotech, along with Dr. Abhishek from the Naveen Jindal Foundation, who inspired students with valuable insights into digital transformation and employability.

Highlighting the importance of digital empowerment, SKIET Chairman Mr. Sanjay Bansal emphasized that computers and the internet have become the backbone of every sector—from defense and satellites to banking, healthcare, and education—making digital literacy a must for today’s youth.

Adding to this, SKIET Director Dr. D. D. Sharma stated that such skill-based workshops are vital in shaping confident, competent, and future-ready professionals.

This successful initiative was made possible through the dedicated efforts of faculty coordinators Er. Anuj Mehta, Er. Prashant, Ms. Malkeet and Mr. Jasbir, along with the enthusiastic support of student volunteers Sunny, Sakshi, Simrat, Archana, and Rhythm.
